Urban Furniture

The integration of urban furniture and urban art within the Privately Owned Public Spaces transforms spaces into social hubs and "open-air galleries". While these areas are privately owned, they are designed to be accessible to the public, using furniture and art to foster community, safety, and a distinct "sense of place".

I enjoy the idea of art being "used" by people in daily life while becoming a local landmark, a place to meet and enjoy life.
