Refurbishment and interior decoration of a Grade I listed building in Westminster, London. The scope included the full renovation of the existing bar and the redecoration of FOH areas on the Ground and First floors, including the application of decorative elements in line with existing period features.

RIBA stages 0-6 were completed, inclusive of statutory approvals and Contract Administration during construction.
