A concept design for a residential tower on a prominent corner site in central Manhattan. Continuous, ribboned floor plates wrap the building's perimeter, generating a fluid, sculptural silhouette against the orthogonal masonry fabric of the surrounding streetscape.

Each floor holds a single full-floor apartment, with curved balconies wrapping the perimeter to maximise light, outlook, and park views on every side. The result is a singular, iconic form within the Manhattan skyline.

At ground level, a double-height glazed base opens the tower to the corner, accommodating a restaurant and residential lobby that engage directly with the street.
